'CommunityIndexPortal started with a modest vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza place was originally a quaint family-owned business with generational secret recipes.
Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our brand, perfected her pizza-making craft by apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where the pizza tradition began. After returning to the UK, she was committed to replicating the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only the finest raw ingredients.
Our small 12-seater pizza restaurant has matured into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our devotion to excellence and originality remains constant. We continue to employ classic wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough daily, and prioritize premium quality ingredients in all our dishes.
Currently, 'CommunityIndexPortal' is still under the ownership and guidance of the Rossi family's second generation, guiding our enthusiastic crew. While we have introduced some contemporary touches, the core of our ethos is unchanged: crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite friends and family.
