Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 5 minutes of placing the order by contacting us at +44 20 7946 0958. This is because we aim to prepare and dispatch your delicious pizza as quickly as possible. Cancellations made after 5 minutes may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items

Exchange Policy

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
